Bond Run Club x Monday Evening Social Run - weekly

Expect to kick off this 5-8km social run with a 15 minute drill and stride-based warm up under the Granville Street Bridge. Experienced runners pace at 5:00/km, while the intro runners work at 6:00/km. All experience levels are welcome! Meet in the House Concepts Lobby for 6:30pm.

Bond Run Club x Wednesday Run and Workout - weekly

Expect to kick off this 7km run with a 15 minute drill and stride-based warm up under the Granville Street Bridge. We’ll alternate between short fartlek-style intervals and hills on a Kits Point loop, and longer tempo-style intervals on the seawall towards Stanley Park.Expect to kick off this 7km run with a 15 minute drill and stride-based warm up under the Granville Street Bridge. Bond Run Club x Sunday Morning Long Run - Last Sunday of every month

Expect to kick off this long 8-10km run with a 15 minute drill and stride-based warm up under the Granville Street Bridge. Some of our favorite routes include the Seawall and Stanley Park trails. Celebrate post-run with coffees and smoothies by House Kitchen. Meet in the House Concepts Lobby for 6:30am.
