Welcome to Farm & Forage!

LUSH Valley's Farm & Forage Summer Day Camp offers participants a week of activities designed to inspire curiosity and excitement about growing food, wild foraging and connecting with nature.

During this five-day camp, your young green thumb will learn to plant seeds and seedlings, tend to garden beds, harvest herbs and vegetables, turn cucumbers into pickles, go wild foarging with friends and found a deeper appreciation for the natural world.

Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Dates: July 29–August 2

Location: Our outdoor classroom is the Tsolum Educational Garden on Headquarters Road across from GP Vanier Secondary School, near the Comox Valley Farmers' Market. This is where we will meet—look for the LUSH Valley banner on day one.

Kids should bring:

Closed-toed shoes (no sandals please)
Garden gloves
Water bottle & snacks
Sunscreen & hat
Notebook & pencil
Backpack
