Event description

Description

The CSA Standard on Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace refers to "psychological demands" as one of the workplace factors that contributes to the mental health of employees. Therefore, a healthy and safe workplace includes devoting time and attention to assessing the psychological demands of a job on employees and ensuring that the employees hired are properly trained to handle, not just the physical, but the psychological demands. Job analysis is also important when modifying jobs to ensure a better fit for the employee. Dr. Fergal O'Hagan will present information and strategies that will help you analyze a job for psychological fit.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have a special diet, please contact Monique Beneteau at (705) 743-1003 ext 309 before January 18th.
