- Explore the Beliefs that have you stuck at a certain body size and craving foods that keep you unwell
- Be introduced to the simple and powerful concept of 'Alkalize to Energize'
- Try exercises that will unlock the healing potential of your body
- Sample some truly awesome nutritional supplements
This extended-length workshop will be the kick-off to the Take My Body Back 45-Day Challenge that starts on October 17th (more information at www.drblumberg.ca/challenge), but you don't have to commit to being a Challenge Participant to come play with us!
