Event description

Description

Our Workplace Cultures may be our best under-used asset. This workshop shows you how to recognize and use the skills already in-house and the gaps you may have, to increase retention and become a magnet for talent. From a very broad perspective we get very practical about creating a space where all feel encouraged to give their best, from any background.

We provide practical information about CSCNS and ISANS, help you to share effective practice through interactive activities, and identify next steps to keep your workplace culture and your business strong and growing.

Workshop will run from 10am-noon…noon to 1pm is set aside for networking. Lunch is not being provided, however there will be drinks and snacks available.
