In this immersive experience, we will explore the power of breath to cultivate calmness and ground our energy amidst the summer hustle.

Guided by an experienced facilitator (Shannon from The Collective Alchemy), you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation, tapping into the innate wisdom of your breath to find inner peace and stability. Through a 3 part breathing technique and other mindful practices, you'll learn to navigate the busyness of summer with a sense of tranquility and balance.

Whether you're seeking refuge from the heat or a sanctuary from the chaos, this workshop offers a sacred space for you to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. Leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to embrace the abundance of summer with a grounded heart and a calm mind.

What is breathwork?

This transformational breathing meditation, which is an active breathing meditation, allows your body to be flushed with oxygen. It is a 3-part breathing pattern that enables you to move into an altered state of mind where you can clear stuck energy (emotional, physical, mental and spiritual), calm your nervous system by reducing stress and anxiety, improve clarity and focus, release toxins, boost immunity, and start letting go of what you may be holding on to, creating space for personal transformation and growth.
