Toolbox for Teens - Girls grades 7,8 & 9
Monday, August 26 - Weds, August 28, 2024. 1-4pm.
This program is designed specifically for those teens that feel the stress and pressure of every day life. Returning to school can be a major trigger for a teen. Changing friend groups, moving to a new grade and the daily challenges of teen life.
The curriculum is designed to meet each girl where she's at and assist her in growing her inner voice. The program will cover;
- Strategies to relieve stress
- Identifying pressure in life and how to ask for what you need
- Understanding the down side of perfectionism
- Emotional regulation and how to handle anger and big feelings in a healthy way
- Body image and how to practice kindness to ourself
