Need to recharge after the holidays and get a fresh start to the year? Take a journey through mindfulness to create a calmer 2018. Your health and happiness is in your hands.

Learn strategies, meditations and breathing techniques that can effectively:

  • reduce stress and quiet your anxiety
  • elevate your positivity and motivation
  • foster well-being and happiness

These techniques can do wonders for your mood by clearing your mind, and help you feel more peaceful and present in your daily life. Mindfulness will help you gain more awareness and relate differently to all the thoughts and emotions that arise each day.

With some guidance, anyone can learn it! Whether you are just starting out or have learned about mindfulness and want to explore it further, here is a chance to put it into practice. Often all you need is more time and support to get the most out of it.

Sessions will include meditation and time for questions and discussion. Seating will be on chairs. Cushions and mats will also be available. You will receive a MindSana tip sheet, and all guided meditation will be available to you on MindSana's website, mindsana.com.
